Audition Singing Skills
1. Major Scale using Solfege
Sopranos will start their major scale on the pitch "E"
Altos will start their major scale on "C"
Baritones will start their major scale on any pitch - predetermine this with
Mrs. Hillman or private voice teacher prior to your audition.

2. Triads - Major and Minor
Sung as an arpeggio
Sopranos will sing their major trid on the pitch "E" -minor on "C#"
Altos will sing their major triad on the pitch "E" - minor on "C#"
Baritones will sing their major triad on any pitch- predetermine this with
Mr. Hensel or private voice teacher prior to your audition

Soprano
Locus Iste- start at Measure 16, sing through Measure 24.
900 Miles- start at Measure 23, sing through the end of Measure 30
Baritone/Tenor
Locus Iste- start at Measure 38, sing through Measure 46.
900 Miles- start at Measure 23, sing through the end of M 30.
Alto
